One of the greatest outpourings of the Spirit during the last century occurred in the country of Wales in 1904. This was a revival of unparalleled proportions in that it’s magnitude tore through the country like wild fire.

The truth is that when the people of God become heart serious about unselfish prayer, the Spirit of God moves sometimes in a very spectacular way. Far too often we underestimate the power of God when out heart becomes aligned with His purpose. The Lord will never make a covenant with the flesh because He looks into the very intentions of a believer’s heart. The man, Evan Roberts, was a believer who from a very young age was determined to encounter God in childlike innocence.

The reports that surfaced from Wales were nothing short of spectacular.

The people humbled themselves, yielded to the conviction of the Holy Spirit, and were transformed into new creations. So convincing was the outpouring that when the smoke cleared, over 100,000 new coverts were registered into all denominations.
